Lisa Dwoskin is a published author, life coach, tv show host, as well as a fitness expert.

She holds a degree in both psychology and exercise physiology from the University of Miami. She owned and operated “Metamorphecise”, a health club and spa, for almost 15 years. Lisa has spent her life-transforming lives by combining the mind, body, and spirit.

Lisa has competed in multiple fitness competitions and has trained many celebrity athletes. As a Radio Host with Iheartradio, she produced her very own show called, "Transform the Mind/Body/Spirit with Lisa Dwoskin." for 2 years. Now Lisa is currently hosting Good Morning Workout TV Show and Best Version of You on DB&A Television Network. She is the creator and co-producer. Her show airs three times a day seven days a week, and is motivating and inspiring people all over the world!

HOW MY
JOURNEY

BEGAN

I thought I had it all. A husband, kids, a successful business bringing in 7 figures, and yet I was totally stressed out and miserable which ultimately led to me getting sick and having to look at my own life in the mirror, to find out what I needed to do in order to live a happier, healthier life.

Metamorphecise is about the transformation within, the journey from the caterpillar to the butterfly. This book is a memoir of my personal journey of becoming spiritually enlightened, and how I emerged into my true and higher self.

The book details the challenges and losses that I have faced and worked through along the way, challenges that helped me grow into a better person. Life is filled with many trials and tribulations; how we handle these challenges molds us into the people that we will become. I teach my readers how to help themselves by learning how to love themselves more, and become healthier and happier individuals.
